Luisa obtained a degree in Nursing and Midwifery, and a Master in Women’ health. She is a specialist in the promotion of Normal Birth with 16 years of experience working and leading on Hospital-based Birth centres (UK-Mexico-Bali). Her Passion for normal Birth has driven her interest on learning techniques to support and empower women throughout the pregnancy, birth and postnatal periods. These include Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mindfulness, Meditation, Hypnobirthing, Visualizacion, Sintergetica, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.
